This single-origin coffee comes from Ayla Bensa Processing Station, located in Bombe village, Bensa district, within Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama region.

Managed and invested by Testi Coffee Company, the station works with over 700 smallholder farmers, most of whom operate family-run farms under 2 hectares.

At elevations of 1,950–2,150m, coffee cherries mature slowly under cool temperatures, rich red soil, and forest shade—resulting in high-density beans with concentrated sweetness and depth.

Careful lot separation, strict grading, and controlled sun-drying ensure traceability, consistency, and premium quality.
